Book My Barber SBS ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Social Bulletin Solutions, a service of Finesse It Pro Barbershop LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you book an appointment or contact a business through our platform, we collect:
We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Any payment you make is handled directly by the business or its own payment provider.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. This information is not shared with affiliates, partners, or any outside party for their marketing use.
We share your mobile number only with service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, such as our SMS carrier, and only for the purpose of sending you those messages. Those providers are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
Message frequency varies. Most customers receive between one and four messages per appointment, including a booking confirmation, a reminder, and a follow-up review request.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the business directly.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel any existing appointment.
We send appointment reminders, review requests, and account notices by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about a booking you made may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing email.
We share your information with the barbershop or service business you booked with, so they can serve you. We also share it with service providers who operate parts of the platform on our behalf, including hosting, messaging, email delivery, and payment processing for deposits.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information as long as your account or appointment history is active with a business on our platform, and as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may book on behalf of a minor.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. The revised date at the top will change, and material changes will be posted on this page.
